With completion of GOTS certification, the certified entity acquires a licence which entitles it to participate in the GOTS program, including use of the standard and the GOTS logo on its respective GOTS Goods. This section informs about the corresponding licensing and labelling conditions.

Anyone who sells, labels or represents any textile product as GOTS certified or uses the trademark registered GOTS logo must first ensure they have met the applicable criteria and licensing conditions of the Global Organic Textile Standard Program.
